• The subscription fees are a non-refundable payment for the website and application.
• Speaker Company acts as a marketing intermediary between companies and customers and is not responsible for guarantees or warranties.
• Speaker Company reserves the right to accept or reject certain offers without any objection from you.
• Speaker Company is not responsible for any incorrect information, especially banking details.
• Profits are transferred weekly through Casheer Payments Company.
• To register on the application, participants must provide offers and discounts to customers using the application.
• The subscription period for the application and website is one year from the date of registration, renewable for a new fee.
• Speaker Company has the right to receive a marketing commission for its services, as agreed upon in a separate contract between the parties.
• Delivery fees are charged by the contracted delivery companies, and Speaker Company is not responsible for the delivery process.
• Participating vendors may handle delivery themselves, provided the delivery process is tracked through the application.
• Companies opting for cash-on-delivery transactions are solely responsible for the delivery process and customer follow-up without any financial or legal liability on Speaker Company.
• If no offers are provided within 30 days, the account will be canceled without objection.
• Vendors guarantee the accuracy of the information provided, including commercial licenses, and commit to renewing and updating this information.
• All vendor-related data, including social media accounts, may be displayed to customers for communication or site visits.
• Offers presented on the application include services such as pick-up, delivery, or pre-booking.
• Vendors cannot make moral or legal claims in case of account closure due to violations of the regulations and laws of the Ministry of Commerce.
• Vendors are not entitled to request any customer information except through proper legal procedures.
• The vendor or their representative registering on the platform agrees to read all terms and conditions, and the payment serves as a signature of acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
